Sullivan-Solutions began with Michael Sullivan’s entrepreneurial journey in 1999, when he launched his first IT consulting and services business. In 2009, he officially founded Sullivan-Solutions, setting the foundation for a company driven by innovation and adaptability. By 2014, the business expanded into Clean Energy and Solar, followed by the launch of a Travel division in 2016, and the addition of Bill Negotiation services in 2018.

Continuing to evolve with the needs of clients and communities, Sullivan-Solutions introduced Resiliency solutions, Water Filtration, and Home Security in 2024, strengthening its role in providing comprehensive, future-ready services. In keeping with the company’s family-driven spirit, Michael’s daughter Bella joined the team in 2023, and his daughter Sienna in 2025, bringing fresh perspectives and passion to the mission of building a multi-billion-dollar company that transforms lives and communities.
